Shipping and Returns
All items sold by Lodestone Collective are printed and sewn to order in our manufacturing facility in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Please allow up to two and a half weeks lead time for your order to be completed.
Large items such as fabric by the yard and pillows will be shipped via UPS. Smaller items may be shipped with UPS or USPS. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on size, weight, and method.
Returns and Refunds
All of our items are made to order, so we're unable to accept returns on any products. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, we can provide a replacement or refund for the damaged or missing products. Send an email to Casey@LodestoneCollective.com with your information and order number so we can assist you.
Orders may not be cancelled once production starts, which is usually within 24 hours of placing the order. If you need to edit or cancel your order, please reach out to Casey@LodestoneCollective.com to see if it is still possible.
